I have revamped my Notes Pack! Check it out, you will get a piece of 12x12 cardboard, 7 note pads and note paper pieces, 4 cardboard elements (2 frames, corner, flower), 2 envelopes, a clothespin and 4 metal pieces to attach these notes with!
